TA, Website .....eBay???

There have been several discussions about different TAs (which of course we won't ever do again...) and some of the better cruise websites to check for prices.

 

I check cruise prices on eBay quite often and there seems to be some very good deals. I have only cruised on Princess so I'm not sure how good an "owners" or "penthouse" suite is on RCL etc - but the pics look great and the price is unreal.

 

I did see a listing for the same Diamond Princess Alaska cruise I took earlier this year for a mini-suite, and the price was about $100 pp less than I paid after negotiating on-line and with two TAs. Other's I've looked at were about the same price I could find on the web sites I check.

 

Question is: has anyone bought a cruise on eBay, and what was the experience like??

The important question (as always) is whether or not the quoted price includes taxes and port charges.

That's true and I always look for that - some do, some don't.
