Insurance Question

No, if you buy insurance privately, it's not necessary to tell Princess. The personalizer insurance is only if you purchase insurance from Princess.

I have my own insurance and my Personalizer says ....Travel protection : No Travel Care

When you buy insurance through insuremytrip.com, it is independent from Princess and will not show up on My Personalizer. The only insurance shown there is Princess Travel Care Standard or Gold.

There are advantages and disadvantages to buying either Princess insurance or another plan which I won't go into. There is a very good discussion on a previous thread.
