Celebrity Summit Fitness Center

Hey guys, going to Panama on the Summit next month, I chose this ship partly because my TA said it was much better than the Princess ships fitness centers.

Wondering if anyone can comment, whether the machines, cardio and weights are up to date, the hours (ideally 24 hours!) and the spas and jacuzzis. I'd like to try the thallosotherapy (?sp) pool, but cannot swim so is there a shallow area? And I love to take a wet sauna after working out, is it nice? I hear some ships have coed, I personally prefer separate men's and women's saunas.

I'm going to have to work out like a maniac if I'm expected to eat like that! LOL :p

Thanks for the advice and comments!

The sauna's are not coed on Sumiit they have both male and female.

The steam rooms are coed in the Persian Garden and you have to pay for this, but the sauna is free.

They have fantastic windows overlooking the sea.

I am sure you will have a great time!!
