Booking specialty restaurant on Constellation

Is it possible to make a reservation at the specialty restaurant on Constellation prior to departure? I've searched X's website, including the "My Celebrity" section, and can't find a link. If it can't be done online, can we do it by calling the Captain's Club desk at X (we're Elite members)?

As Captain's Club members, we were able to book the Olumpic for our upcoming Mimmenium cruise by calling 1-800-760-0654. We had to give two different choices for dates and times, but got our first chocie anyway. They emailed us the confirmation a day or two after we called.

As a Captain's Club member you are able to book 60 days in advance. Just call.
