cruise wizard Posted February 20, 2007 #1 Share Posted February 20, 2007 What is the best way to get from the Norfolk airport to the cruise port? Do you know the cost for taxi's or shuttle service? How far or how long of a trip? Our other choice is using the cruise lines bus. Thanks for your help.
Cathy p Posted February 20, 2007 #2 Share Posted February 20, 2007 The airport is about 7 or 8 miles from the cruiseport. I would take a taxi. Our bus service is not all that great and you would be tired from bouncing around.:D
Capt_BJ Posted February 20, 2007 #3 Share Posted February 20, 2007 http://www.cruisenorfolk.org/ For your convenience, Nauticus has a cruise hotline that gives guests the most up-to-date information on any last minute changes (including ship arrival time, embarkation delays, etc). Please call (757) 664-1000 the day before your scheduled cruise. How long does it take to get from Norfolk's airport to the cruise pier? It takes approximately 20 minutes to get from the airport to Nauticus. Taxi fares range from $18 - $25. cruise wizard Posted February 20, 2007 Author #4 Share Posted February 20, 2007 ...Cathy P and Captain BJ for the info. Looks like we will take a taxi to and from the port. It is probably faster and cost about the same as using the cruise line transfers.
