We need to stock up on some bottled water. Is there a store that is close by the port to buy water, wine, etc to bring on board?

Is it walking distance or close by the train depot?

Thanks so much.

Hi KK!

Here's a list of Grocery/Liquor Stores I found in Seward's 2004 Visitor Guide:

Eagle Quality Center Mile 1.5 Seward HWY 907-224-8063

Three Bears 1711 Seward Highway 907-224-2081

Yoly's Market 800 4th Ave. 907-224-3295

Yukon Liquors 335 3rd Ave. 907-224-5676

Tony's Bar and Liquor Store downtown 907-224-3045

Talk with ya later;)

Karen

The Eagle Center was a little bit out of town, but had good prices.

Everyone kept saying that the prices in Alaska were so outrageous. We didn't really find them all that more expensive than here in Southern California. Of course when my folks come to visit they always complain that our prices are too high......
