Ncl Mex Riviera Itinerary, Mst Or Cst?

I want to do the Los Veranos canopy tour in Puerto Vallarta in March. The Norwegian Star itinerary states we arrive at 9 a.m. with a disembarkation time of about two hours later. I don't know if the ship itinerary is stated in Mountain Standard Time of Central Standard Time. Is the ship itinerary time different than the port time and, is a two hour disembarkation time after arrival realistic?

If you're going before March 11 it's PST. After March 11, it's PDT. The time changes en route to Acapulco and changes back again when you get to Puerto Vallarta (I think, although it might be at Cabo).
