HELP! Suite Choice

Recommended Posts

I have to decide TODAY whether to take a Grand Suite (specifically 1550) or move up to an Owner's Suite on Serenade. There are 3 of us sharing the stateroom, and we will possibly add a fourth if she can get the vacation time, but we won't know that for months.

My questions:

- Does the bed in the Owner's Suite separate into 2 twins, or is only a queen?

- How is the view forward from an Owner's Suite? They're all aft of the "hump" and that would seem to limit the view.

- In that respect, would 1562 or 1568 be better than 1560 for a view forward? 1560 has a bit bigger balcony (because it is partially on the "hump"), but maybe there is no benefit to that?

Thanks for your help!

Susan

We had 1550 on the Brilliance and it was just fine. Would easily sleep four. There is a curtain that can be pulled to separate the sleeping area. The balcony was a bit of a disappointment. It was very narrow. Also the partition between the cabin on the left (1548) is only a partial one due to the ship's structure. We could easily see each other.

The location was great and none of our view was obstructed.
