Port of Galveston Parking

We're leaving on Splendour 3/26/07 and I know our cruise documents say not to board before 1pm, but from what I've been reading people seem to get on board around 11 to 11:30 am. If we wanted to board the ship this early, will we be able to get into the parking lots at the pier this early?

What parking lot are you using? We used EZ Cruise Parking last week and was highly pleased. We were able to board before 12:30 and the ship was late arriving. Here is the web site for EZ: http://www.ezcruiseparking.com/

Thanks. When you used EZ Cruise parking, how did it go on your disembarkation day? Was it easy to find shuttle to the parking lot or did you have to take a taxi?

We have used EZ parking several times and have been very pleased. You take your luggage and they take you by van to the pier and pick you up when you dock. Very little waiting time. You can also pay online when you go to their site.

I wanted to say that we also use EZCruise every time we sail out of Galveston. It is just wonderful ! We always book online prior to the cruise. Once we arrive, we just stop at the little building to check in....park the car...and head for the shuttle with the luggage. We have never had to wait long......driver puts all the luggage in the shuttle and we are off. We have always been on the ship by noon each time. When we return, the EZCruise shuttle is there to pick you up and take you back to the lot. You will be pleased.
