Anyone used Italy Services for transport to airport from port?

Help! We have booked Italy Services to take us from Civitavecchia to the Rome airport. They have already charged my credit card but have been very slow to non-existent in responding to a couple of questions I have. We have a very early flight and I don't want to spend two weeks on the cruise worrying that our private car will not be waiting at the dock. Has anyone used this service? Was your experience positive? I tried to cancel, but they would not do it. Thanks for any calming words that you might have.
