Urgent - need Nacho email address

I had several emails with Nacho and Cynthia, but had not finalized a number, and now have had no contact for two weeks now. Our cruise is getting closer and I'm wondering if we need to book with another company now.

 

Does anyone have a current email address? We have 19 people to go ziplining and cavetubing and I don't want to disappoint them!

That is one of the addresses I used. Anyone else have this problem? Nacho was very quick to answer emails in the beginning, I'm wondering what happened. I hope I didn't scare him off when I told him my count went from 9 to 19!
