Question about cruise check-in at Hotel Galvez?

I was wondering if you checked your luggage there or do you have to take it with you yourself when they shuttle you over. With Disney, you leave your luggage in the hallway the night before you cruise. Since they have a hotel Princess cruise checkin, I was wondering if they do the same?

Not a clue for Galveston. I have done this same thing in Miami and your luggage goes with you.
