Carnival Spirit-Northbound Balcany

We will be sailing on the Carnival Spirit this August on the Northbound route. We have received conflicting information from the vacation planners as to what side of the ship would have the best views for a balcany stateroom. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I vote for the starboard side. That's where we'll be on our August northbound cruise.

I'm doing southbound so port seemed logical to me but with everything I have read on the boards Port is a good choice for either direction as you "supposably" get the best views of glacier bay on the port side. I would search the boards to get more opinions.

Port is definately the side for College Fjords, and necessary IF You only want this glacier viewing from your cabin. Otherwise, both sides will offer views during your sailing.
