america's cup to orient?

Looking for advice. DH and DD are spending the morning with Bayside riding club while I take DS yacht racing. We are sailing on Princess which means we are docked at Crown Bay. So my question is, do we all go back to the ship and meet there or is it better to pick some place to meet, like orient or even in a shopping area that might have some small beach to enjoy for a while before going back to ship? I am not familiar with the island logistics. All I do know is Bayside horses is close to Orient Beach. Where is Crown Bay and America's Cup in relation to Bayside?

Oh and if anyone has an estimate on what transportation costs are that would be nice to know. We are doing the excursion thru the ship but would be willing to skip the returns to make the most of the day.

There is no Crown Bay in St. Maarten. Bayside Riding Club, yes. Are you sure that you have the right island?

You really have St.Thomas and St. Martin mixed up.

 

St.Thomas has Crown Bay where some ships dock.

 

St. Martin's has Orient Beach.

 

Bayside Riding is at St. Martins.

 

Both islands have yacht races.

Thank you, I did get my islands mixed up. Well everything in my post is correct except the ship will be docked in Phillipsburg. Bayside stables and Orient are close to one another and the Yacht race is the America's Cup excursion that is very well known on St. Martin. So I still would like advice if anyone knows the island logistics and traffic about midday.
