MIRACLE aft cabin ????

I have booked an ext. balcony on the MIRACLE on the panorama deck. Has anyone had any experience with this area ? Funnel smoke? Noise? Sun intensity? We are doing an 8 day S. Carib. (12/09) w/ 4 sea days. I choose this for the wake view, over a side cabin mid ship.

No smoke, only saw soot once, very noisy when sailing (from the wake), and be aware people from the Lido deck can look right down at you when you are standing at the rail. You will also have clear views of the people to the right and left of you when they and you are standing at the rails.

 

You will have mostly sun, as there is maybe only a foot of overhang.

 

Also, on this deck, you may hear the deck chairs being put out in the morning, so you may hear some pounding and sliding.

 

But your 180° panoramic views are to die for.
