Anybody have any good pictures of the Valor?

The green link in my signature has plenty of pictures of the ship. We also did Eastern route, though.

Thanks....great pix! I didn't realize there was a wave pool on the Valor, or any Carnival ship for that matter.

What size cabin did you have? We have only been on one cruise and we had a Cat 12! That was great but that was a one time deal but I still will not cruise without a balcony (to each his own).

The pics were named with sarcasm. A storm front moved through just before we left port, so the seas were very rough the first night out. The waves that were being made in the Forward Lido Pool got so bad that they were splashing off of the Panorama Deck above. Not long after the pics were taken, the crew drained the pool.

I kinda thought maybe that was a trick!

We did OV GTY. Loved the location and booked same location this cruise. We debated on balcony, but really we're going with a large group of friends, and any time we'd want to be getting air would be on deck with everyone. Don't plan on spending much time in our cabin, we didn't last time (falling exhausted on to our beds at the end of the day and getting cleaned up for dinner, LOL), and the Military Rate on these babies can't be beat. :D Also, on the Triumph (and others in that class), the OV rooms are like 45 square feet larger than the BL's.
