Meditterian solo?

Are there many solos on Med. cruises? I am booked for May 10th 2008 on Carnival Freedom and was just wondering if I will have any company.

Depends on the cruise line and time of the year. I would guess that Carnival would tend to have more familes during summer cruises, but there will most likely be a few singles on board.

I was on Carnival's Liberty on a Med cruise in September. At my table there was one solo guy and one other solo woman. Also at the table were two pairs of friends-one from Ca and one from somewhere else. I didn't seek out there solo cruisers so there may have been more than I think. If you are looking for solo cruisers, this may not be the cruise for you, but if you can enjoy meetting new people ( even if they are traveling with someone) and seeing interesting places, you will love this cruise. I enjoyed this cruise so much that I am considering going on the greek cruise in the next year or two.
