Uvero Beach is a ways away. The cheapest ship tour may be the least expensive way to get there. It might be a 30 +/- minute drive each way. The seaweed is most likely turtle grass and is part of the food chain. There are starfish in the area and sometimes barracuda out by the dolphins. http://www.delphinusworld.com/locations/delphinus-costa-maya.php Some pictures from Zydeocruiser's website on Uvero and the dolphin swim: http://www.zydecocruiser.com/ncl_sun_2006/CostaMaya/cm_1.htm
