Downed Princess Web Site

I have been trying to get into the Princess web site for my cruise personalizer and can not sign in. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I was on there a little while ago about 8PM but now can not get on.

I tried to sign in twice & got an "unexpected" something or other message.

Yes. This is the error message I keep getting.

An unexpected response condition code has been received.

Maybe they are doing some upgrading.... It would be nice for the fairy to visit. It does not hurt to dream.

I just logged in, no problem to My Princess. The site may have just been down for a few minutes. Had no problem at all here.

Its not working for me. I can't get pass the MY PRINCESS screen. I'll try again in a few minutes.

 

Still on the @!%$$% waiting list though. LOL ;)

I had problems getting into cruise personalizer too.

No worrys, I think it was just a joke. ;)

 

Still no problems logging in or getting to my bookings on this end. I was able to access all of them. Keep trying, I am sure it will be back up for everyone soon. It does this sometimes on week ends where sections of the country seem to have no problems while others can't access their bookings at all. Makes absolutely no sense to me.

When is your cruise? If you are too close to your embarkation date - you will not be able to access your cruise personalizer. If you are a good amount of time away, they may just be having technical problems.

We are on CB 04/22 to 04/29. And I can now get into the cruise personalizer. Thanks for input from others who were having the same problem. Maybe it was an Eastcost proble. lol

I've noticed that the Princess site goes down almost every weekend. They must update information at that time.

Princess website goes down for updates/maintenance type of stuff on Saturday nights. I have noticed this for several years. Everything will be OK later tonight or tomorrow... depends on what they are doing.

Saturday, March 17th the Princess cruise personalizer couldn't find my Princess air.

 

Sunday, March 18th Princess.com started displaying a new page design at times.

 

Monday Morning, March 19th the Princess.com web site was off line through two different Internet connections.

Yep.. As of 8:41 left coast time, no Princess...
