Miss Jolly Posted March 10, 2007 #1 Share Posted March 10, 2007 We will be staying in Bangkok for three nights in September on our way home from HAL Rotterdam European cruise. My husband would like to have a leather coat made for himself. Can anyone recommend somewhere for this please? (We are staying at Royal orchid Sheraton). Thank you. bentho Posted March 11, 2007 #2 Share Posted March 11, 2007 I was recommended to use a Crown Tailors in sukhumvit on soi 8. It was a little far from my hotel, but very happy with the outcome. Maybe they can help you.

slotl Posted April 3, 2007 #6 Share Posted April 3, 2007 We asked the hotel concierge to send us a tailor. A custom cashmere and wool blend summer weight suit: $350 A custom cotton dress shirt: $30 Of course a tip for the concierge would be nice. The tailor was in our room 30 minutes after the concierge phone call. The suit and shirts were ready within 24 hours. BTW, When in Bangkok, don't forget to ask the concierge for a masseur. A 2 hour massage (in our hotel room) total cost $26 per person (2 hour treatment)
