labadee and waverunners

hopefully someone can help me with a question i am unable to find an answer to. is a teenager with a learners permit allowed to drive a waverunner in labadee? thanks for your responses.

i just read on the RCL site that they have to be 16 with a valid drivers licensee so it appears that a permit would not work. I would check with them directly.

I'm pretty sure it has to be a valid driver's license, not just a learner's permit. DS-19 and DS-21 had to bring their driver's license with them to present at the time of the excursion in order to be a driver. There was one teen in their group who did not have his license with him, and he was told he could only be a passenger.
