After much thought, I'm finally ready to take the leap of setting up my personal website. (BIG leap into an area quite unfamiliar :D )

May I ask who your web-host is for your site? Did you design the website yourself?

As you can tell, I'm a newbie in this area. I am not trained in the IT field and am quite clueless about html etc. :rolleyes:

What's your advice? Can you kindly recommend some reading material for this? There are sooo many to choose from, so a HINT would really be appreciated! ;)
