Soa Menu for Valor

I'm sailing on the Valor in October. Does anyone have a copy of the spa menu?? When I sailed on the Legend, we were able to book spa appointments at the same time as shore excursions.... does anyone know if that's the case with the Valor? I know last year, it was not an option on the Pride.

 

Any info would be appreciated.
