Refurbished Majesty

Has anyone been on the Majesty of the seas since it was refurbished. I sailed for a long weekend last year and although I enjoyed my 3 night cruise, the ship and especially my cabin (outside) was a bit dumpy.

I was not on it before but everything looks great except the seats in the balcony of the theater obviously have not been refurbished as many were broken. The bedding is so comfy....

We sailed the Majesty on the four-day cruise February 26. My major complaint is that the gym was poorly planned to the extent that treadmills and elliptical machines cannot fit under the lowered ceiling. They will be replaced with rowing machines... not a good substitution for many who prefer the other machines.

 

The new bedding is very comfortable. The rooms do not look dumpy. They are improved from when we sailed Majesty a year ago. The ship does look much better overall. It is beautifully painted outside too...almost looks brand new!
