Cozumel Pier and Car Rental

I am sailing on Legend of the Seas in April. What is the name of the pier that the Legend tenders to? Are there any car rental companies available on that pier?

In Cozumel there are 2 piers only 3 ships can dock or at least that was the case when we were there in Oct. When you get off the ship or tender just keep walking you can get great deals on rental cars you do not need to prearrange for rental cars there are lotso of them. We came of the Magic and got a Beetle and paid with tax about $45 for the day. This was the DT pier and it is the same at the other pier.

Four ships can now dock at once. We (Mariner) were docked with the Rhapsody on Friday at the TMM International Pier. The Conquest and NCL were at Punta Longosta....

 

I did see an Avis right inside the pier at the International Pier.
