If you've traveled with Avalon, what was your experience and what tips do

you have for me? My wife and I sail on the Avalon Tapestry from Amsterdam to Basel April 29.:confused:

I suggest you post your message on the River Cruise board (under special interest cruises). You can also do a search of that board for Avalon, Tapestry, etc.

 

We took this cruise from Basel to Amsterdam last Fall on the Tapestry. Very enjoyable. Suggest you consider a few extra days in Zurich at the end of your trip and perhaps a day trip to Lucerne/Mt Pilatus.;)

Thanks for your response and advice. We're wrapping the cruise with a day in Brussels at the beginning, one in Zurich and three in Berlin. Glad you liked Avalon; and I will post my question under Special/River cruises.
