katyhotr Posted April 21, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 21, 2004 I had read on one of the messages that there is a form which needs to be filled in upon embarktion of the QM2.There was a sight that you could download it from and have it ready before boarding avoiding wasted time.Anyone have the sight? cusyl Posted April 21, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 21, 2004 It is on the Cunard website, under booked guests. Tickets are not issued without it. hollywood heather Posted April 21, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 21, 2004 KATYHOTR, MAKE SURE YOU GET THAT FORM AND SEND IT IN BEFORE YOUR CRUISE. WE JUST DID IT BECAUSE FOR SOME REASON OUR AGENT HAS NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING FROM CUNARD SO I GOT IT MYSELF. ITS CALLED THE PRE-REGRISTRATION FORM. Msbelinda Posted April 22, 2004 #6 Share Posted April 22, 2004 Our Travel agent gave us (along with our itinerary)--a CUNARD "Voyage Information" booklet personalized with our names for Independence Day Weekend. Contains tear out sheets to be sent or faxed for insurance, phone, "white star luggage service" etc. if one wants it--BUT, also contained a registration sheet to be sent ASAP.
