Mobile Terminal Arrival Time

Any recent Holiday cruisers: What is the "normal" time that they allow you to park in the parking garage at the

terminal? I have read that about eleven is the earliest for boarding but wondered if parking was allowed any earlier.

You can arrive earlier and park across the street from the terminal. When we were there in February, a police officer parked at the entrance to the terminal. When it was okay to enter the parking garage, he turned on his blue lights. We were able to proceed at about 10:30-11:00 a.m.
