Which night is Sabatini's/Sterling's?

Sorry, but I can't find this in the searches.....

Can a recent TP cruiser tell me please which night was open for each restaurant? Thank you!

I checked our Princess Patter from our Jan BTB cruise. I did not see anything mention for the first day you board. The Sterling Steakhouse was the next two nights followed by Sabatini's the next two nights. This roatation of every two nights continues throughout cruise.
