US Air luggage check in at the pier...

Thought that would jump into the mix with the question of the week. For those who may have sailed the Destiny, did you use or notice if US Air had a check your luggage at the pier station? We will be sailing in May so this is on the list of good things to know in advance.......:) TIA

There is 14 of going on the Serenade. Our flight does not leave until 3:40 pm.

What should we do?

I have been informed by RCI that US Airways does not participate in the baggage service. I am not sure if you take a post cruise tour, what they would do with your baggage.

We are also flying USAirways and it was suggested that we leave our luggage at Barrachina restuarant (it is free) while we tour Old SJ ... our flight is not until 4:35 pm

As of yesterday, 7/15/07, USAir had a rep checking tickets and bags at the pier when we left AOS. Unfortunately this info was not available to anyone on board the ship and the couple people had pretty much nothing to do but when this gets out I imagine it will be very popular. DMaugle

Hello, we are sailing on the AOS on 2/24/08, we ars also flying on US airways? Is the dock side check in/ baggage drop off a airline or cruise service? How do you sign up? Any help would be appreciated.
