So if the CDC prints wrong information, even though it was a mistake, can we really trust any of their other information?

I know that I'm not perfect but they should have the fear of being sued for misinformation any time something they print is wrong.

Don't worry the Government(Congress) hasn't waived its sovereign immunity from intentional torts....so you can sue of course but you can't win. Also there isn't any damage for what is obviously a mistake. I knew it was a mistake I just thought it was funny.

Now that my brain is functioning a little better, it was or is gunny. Lotteryfan, mistakes are made as you said: of course you can trust what they print 99% of the time. NMnita
