Secret Doors

I have been reading about secret doors on some of the ships. A shortcut of some sort. Does anyone know if there is one on the Sun and if so, Where it is? Thanks in advance to anyone that can answer.

Its out of one of the main dining rooms, 7 Seas or 4 Seasons, towards the back, it takes you down the crews stairs. They send some that way for tour excursions, as its supposed to be faster getting out.

These doors also lead to hall ways that are used by the service staff only. A bartender on the Disney Cruise told me he could get from one side of the ship to the other in half the time I could.

Also there is crew bar and game room. All hidden away.

I read about them on the "Cruise Rituals" board. Under "Need great ideas of clever things to bring" "Pennme" said that they usually lead to a deck up front of the ship that is open to passengers, but is not well known. I was just curious to see if the Sun had such a place. But not a big deal as I will probably be quite busy checking out the entire ship because this is my first cruise. Thanks to all that replied.

I'm aware of the secret doors on Carnival's Conquest & Destiny class ships (they lead to an outside deck in front of the most forward cabins), but I don't remember reading anything about NCL ships having secrtet doors.

The Sun has two of them...and both of them are from the Observation Lounge to the front of the ship on deck 12!!

Also...Deck 6 will go all the way around the ship, which is something very rare on cruise ships.

Those two, however are not very secret.

When we went to the tenders in Belize, they took us out a "secret passageway" that took us from the dining room down to where the tenders are.

However, you would probably get in trouble if you go to the crew area without an escort, so just be glad you can get to the front of the ship in two different places without finding a secret door.
