DW, DS, and I will be cruising on Mariner in July.

 

We are considering staying on board when docked at Ocho Rios, and doing some spa treaments, i.e. massage, etc.

 

Has anyone used the services, what do you recommend and do they discount when in Port? If discounted, typically how much, 10%, less or more?

 

Also, any shore excursions you'd highly recommend in Cozumel?

They do give Port Day Specials.

There are usually spa specials on port days. The discount is normally somewhere around $20 I think. I have used the spas on all my trips and they are priced about the same as I find here at home. The services are good (altho the hard sell at the end is annoying). I tend to like a normal swedish or deep tissue massage. I had the hot stone once and it didn't do it for me but other people swear by them.
