Just gotta take a moment and thank RCI publcly for working with us today to help change our sailing date.

 

Long story short, they stepped up and helped when the rules said they did not have to! Kudos to the folks at RCI!!!!

Well Jim, I'm sure you could get 'em to do anything you need. I agree, they do seem to step up for anything that is reasonable. I to have been treated much better then "the rules" say they have to. Thanks for bringing it up.

 

So, when are you sailing again. I miss your check lists. :)

Although they are technically the same company, we have had the same great service from Celebrity :D!

Sadly, the 26th is the farewell cruise for Rhapsody. When we dock, she will leave for her journey to the Orient.

I find that when I treat them with courtesy, they treat me that way too! I have never not had them fix something or at least try to make me happy.

It took me several levels of escalation, but each time started out with "You may not be able to help me, if not, let's get ready to move me up the line"

Each time I got a chuckle, and I progressed through the system and all worked out. Friendly, intelligent RCI staff.

 

Now I just have to wait 10 weeks instead of 5.

Great post. We have also had great service from RCI customer service. Crown and Anchor bumped us up to Platinum status when the 5 cruise still said 'not qualified' because we had a upcomming cruise.
