What are the chances to the following questions.

  1. What are the chances of the price of the sailing I want going down? The Spirit in August
  2. What are the chances of it raining on my trip in August?
  3. What are the chances of NCL being better than Carnival? I want to leave from NYC which cruise line should I do with DH and DS who is 6. DH and I are in our early 30's.

Thank you for your knowledge:D

During the summer and holiday periods prices usually keep going up, not down.

An ocean is not a desert. It will most likely rain at least one day on a cruise much like at home. If you desire no rain, I highly recommend Las Vegas.

I perfer NCL's freestyle dining, thus I perfer NCL.

In the summer the only realistic chances of the prices going down are if you leave your booking to the very last minute. Then of course, there may be no availability or, at best, very few cabins to choose from.
