My DH and I are planning a day at Mero Beach next week. I have been corresponding with a tour guide who said his fee is $25.00 pp each way.

So, that would be $100.00 round trip to get to and from the pier. Is that fair or too much......???

What SHOULD the $$ be.....???

I have NO idea, and I don't want to get totally ripped off.......

It just seems like ALOT to me.......:o

THANK YOU for ANY help on this......icon14.gif:)

If you received that quote from one of the recommended tour operators here (Reyno, Beno, etc) then it is a fair quote. If this is from someone other than these guys, then you might want to email them to find out their rates for the same circumstances and they might be able to customize your day for you.

$100 seems fair since you'll be occupying a driver for just 2 people and they could book possibly 10-12 normally or 4 if they have a smaller car.
