*** Ships Time Vs. Island Time???

Need your help! We are sailing on the 9/19 MOS and have an excursion planned in Nassau. I have been told Nassau will be on Daylight savings time, Eastern time zone. Will the ship and island time be the same?

 

Same question for St. Thomas and St. Maarten. Wil those ports be the same time zone as the ships time?

I believe standard practice is that the ship stays on whatever time zone it was on at its port of departure.

They will all be on Eastern time....same as ship time.....it's when you go to the Western Caribbean it gets confusing.....

Just returned from Voyager and the captain made a point of telling us to remain on ships time.
