Mount Gay Rum Tour

Has anyone done the Mount Gay Rum tour? We're planning on doing either the Mount Gay or Malibu rum tour. I heard that Malibu rum is right on the beach which would be convenient b/c we plan to visit a beach after the tour but does anyone know if Mount Gay is within walking distance to the beach across the highway from it... I looked on maps but it's hard to tell the exact proximity of things..

It has been a couple years. I did the Malibu excursion. The beach was good for relaxing. If you want to snorkel I wouldn't reccomend. We did not see anything. Beautiful beach though. I think they had water bikes for rent. Great tour of rum distillery and of course great Malibu rum drink included. I would like to try Mount Gay tour when I go next. I just wonder if you get more because with Princess Mount Gay cost more then Malibu tour. I think its $20 something for Malibu versus $54 for Mount Gay tour.

Look further on this board....I posted extensive reviews of both tours from last November/December......
