Tequilla?

In Cancun, no. Tequila is not made there. There are a couple of tequila themed restaurants, La Distilleria which has a tour that gives an overciew of the process and a history of Tequila. Casa Tequila just has knowledgeable staff and lots of tequilas to chose from.

To my (limited) knowledge no cruiseline tour goes to Cancun for this. Cozumel is a different story. You might check out that forum as well.

In Cozumel, there is a "tour" that visits a replica of a tequilaria, and offers samples as part of the paid admission. It's on the cross island road, that originates in the town square called Benito Jaurez. You could get off the ship and get a taxi, including approx. 2 hour wait time for $60 U.S. dollars, not including admission to the replica factory.
