Best Night to Book Portofino's On EOS Western Itinerary

I'm trying to determine which night would be the best night for booking Portofino's. Is there one night in the dining room that is less than fantastic? I would normally book on "Caribbean Night" but I understand they did away with that. Thanks for your help!

A good rule of thumb to follow is look at your itinerary and see which days the ship is in port late. Typically, those a good nights to miss in the dining room. It's always worked for us! Have a great cruise!
