Tuesday is Caribbean night, we ate in Sterlings that night. Sterlings is OUTSTANDING ;) One of the best meals on the ship!

 

Thanks for the recommendation on Sterlings. We are really having a hard time deciding which dining options to take advantage of. DF is a pretty picky eater and I am afraid he might not like Sabatinis. We had kind of written off Sterlings as we saw they had filet on the anytime menu, but I just saw some photos of the steak cuts and they look nice. We are also thinking about doing the balcony dinner. Did you do that?

WE didn't do the balcony dinner, we *DID* do the Champagne Balcony Breakfast :D It was wonderful.

 

As far as Sterlings, it isn't just the setting and service that is a step above....wait until you see the SHRIMP :eek: Texas Size Shrimp Cocktail! Along with the best New England (and my husband is from Maine) Clam Chowder in a Bread Bowl.
