How Would I Get A Recipe?

Sailed on the Dream last month. There was a particular dish I had that I LOVED and I would like to get the recipe. Who would I contact at NCL to get this? I know I should have gotten it onboard but just didn't think of it...now I have a craving for it. The dish was the "Indian Beef Curry" served at lunch one day.
