Made the plans but more questions?

I think I have decided on the cruise and date, I've chosen the RCCL, Serenade of the sea, in Febuary 2006. I have decided to get married most likely on ship in the middle of a port of call. Here are some questions hope you can help answer them:

Has anyone gotten married on this ship and can give me the places where they marry you? Any Pictures?

I plan on using a travel agent for sure, but how much do they charge and how do you go abouts picking one?

My fiance wants a longer reception, like one that lasts most of the night, like 6 till 1 o'clock, do they accomidate to that?
