You now know what I know...I don't know how much they will charge. This is an industrial--and changing area on 4th Avenue about 2 miles from the Cruise terminal...opens in July...just what Brooklyn Needs a French hotel....

I just checked online, saw $199.99-300 rates on hotel.com

Thanks if its 3 miles from the Statute of Liberty its two from the cruise terminal...
