Ultimate Balcony Breakfast on the CB

I guess the Ultimate Balcony Breakfast is only available certain sea days on the Caribbean Princess. Does anyone know which days it is available? Do you order it the first day or call that morning?

We were given this as a gift and were advised it would be served on a particular sea day (Friday) but that if we wished to change the day to just let them know. This was on the Eastern itinerary. We did not wish to change the day. We called a couple of days before about setting the time.

 

We enjoyed this immensely and would happily do it again.
