When are formal nights held on the VOS.

Does anyone know what two nights are formal nights on the Voyager of the Seas? We will be cruising during the week of January 13, 2008 and are trying to plan ahead on which nights we will eat in the main dining room and which nights we will eat at a casual restaurant such as Johnny Rockets or the Windjammer. This will be our first cruise on Royal Caribbean and are counting the days.
