Hi All,

Anyone done this excursion? We booked this through RCCL for our Serenade cruise on 5/12/07. Is the cruiseline booking through Temsco? Temsco provides boots. Should I leave my snow boots at home? Please say yes. LOL!

We are so excited about seeing Alaska for the first time, especially on the Serenade. We sailed the Jewel of the Seas in summer 2005 to Northern Europe and the Norwegian Fjords. Awesome trip. This excursion is expensive, but I have high expectations. Any comments welcome.

Yes, it will be with TEMSCO since they are the only company with Mendenhall permits. However- this location is no better/worse than any other icefield landing, just more known. :) Leave the boots at home, they have them.
