Caribbean Princess: Mini-Suites on Dolphin Deck

I must admit that the more I read the more confused I become. :o I've read posts that say the mini-suites on the Dolphin Deck are uncovered, then some insinuate they aren't. So, are any of the mini-suites on that deck covered & private? If so, which one's aren't? We're still trying to decide which cabin to book, & I don't want an exposed balcony. There's no mini-suites available on the Emerald Deck. Thanks in advance for your help. :)

The dolphin deck mini-suites are uncovered. The caribe deck balconies are partly covered, partly uncovered. The only covered mini-suites on the Caribbean that I know of are on Emerald.

To get a covered balcony you will need to "downsize" to an outside with balcony up on Aloha......

But enjoy your cruise. We really like the Caribbean Princess a lot - have a wonderful time.!:)

I did see your pics. They were great! I got sidetracked after viewing them, & forgot to go back to the thread. My bad! :o I'll do better next time, I promise. :D Actually, your pics are what made me think none of the mini-suite balconies were covered. Then I read a post about booking one of the covered mini-suites on Dolphin Deck (or something like that :confused: ). That's where the confusion came from. Now that I know, I can move on to one of the other many things I'm confused about. :p Again, I apologize for not commenting on your photos sooner.
