Basically it's just a ride down Interstate 95 South. But check your map because 95 South is kind of whacky going through NJ.

If you dont want to take your car you can take NJ transit to Trenton and switch to the SEPTA train to Philly and go to the 30th street station and a cab to the pier.WE did that two years ago and it wasnt bad.
