Alexis Posted April 27, 2007 #6 Share Posted April 27, 2007 These are what some of them are. You should go here to the TEST FORUM to try them out. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=225 Clock in your Signature Directions 3 Different Countdown Clocks update And, Where to find out how to paste the clock in your signature box. Here are three of the Countdown Clocks if you want to change them. Here are the sites for some of the clocks. Follow their directions. http://www.*****/cd/vc/ With this one it will say create countdown. Copy and paste it into your signature box. http://www.echlforums.com/clock.htm With this one I use the BB code, not the HTML code. Paste it into your signature box.. http://www.tickerfactory.com Scroll down to the word EVENT (last one down on the list on the right) Click on that to start. When done, copy the bb code and paste it into your signature box.. __________________ Once you have a clock picked out and have copied the code. To get to your signature box, go to the top of the page where it says "Cruise Critic Message Boards. Right under that you will see USER CP on the left Click on that. When it opens click on EDIT SIGNATURE. Paste your clock in the box. Click on PREVIEW POST. If it looks right, click on SAVE SIGNATURE. This below was posted by CC dmfriedman on the TEST FORUM _________________ posted by dmfriedman April 22nd, 2007, 07:38 PM echlforums.com countdown clock replacement available -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I know Laura is planning to post something on the separate thread regarding the echlforums countdown clocks, but since I know she's been busy and the clocks have stopped working, I did want to share with everyone that I've set a server up to provide the same countdown clock functionality. If you want to use the same style again, Click here http://countdown.davef.us/ to create your new countdown clock code Click the Generate a Clock for Cruise Critic button Using your mouse, select all of the code that's presented, and use Control-C (or choose Copy from the Edit menu) to copy the code On the Cruise Critic board, click User CP Click Edit Signature Paste the entire code into the text entry box under your cruise list Click the Save Signature button I'll be travelling pretty heavily this week, but will do my best to check in here from time to time if anyone has any problems. __________________ ~DAVE ~
